Is it legal for namecheap.com to not have a phone number I can call to talk to their legal department?

I am getting spam in my inbox that tells me to go to reward-updates.com to claim my free pos thing; also they have been impersonating big companies like the Home Depot.

I check the whois for that website and it's protected by the namecheap privacy guard.

I want to call namecheap's legal department, but their chat support tells me to use their ticket system.

Well, you could do a WHOIS on NameCheap's domain name and call them from
there.

Otherwise, try sending a polite ticket with details so they'll know what it is all
about.
