Oops! Got a "high risk warning" from the fraud department of 2Checkout. They now require the buyer to fax them his signature in order for the order to go though. But then I have already pushed the domain right after the payment.

The official words from 2Checkout are:

This DOES NOT mean that the order is or is not fraudulent.

So as long as the payment finally goes through, it's all fine.

However, the domain has already been pushed and is now actively hosted.

Another 2 days have passed, and I begin to doubt if this is more than just 2Checkout being difficult. Looks like the buyer (who now owns and is using NameDiscusssion.com) has not been too enthusiastic about paying. Hmm ...

Did you ask namecheap to return this name to your namecheap account?

I have not done that (yet). The domain was actually sold, and the buyer did make a payment. It's just that he might not be using his credit card, and because of other circumstances (like changing credit card holder name during payment session), 2Checkout has marked this transaction as suspicious. He has agreed to follow up or even make a second payment, which up till this minute has not yet materialized. However, I don't want to void this sale by taking any drastic action now. Like I said, he does have some presence here and in a number of other forums; I just hope he treasure his reputation and resolve this complication promptly and amicably.

Just an update: I finally got my payment (again, take 2 via 2Checkout) after asking around a bit. Let's hope this time it will go through with no problem.
