hey guys,

I just one a "pre-release" for specific domain name a name jet.com.

The problem is, I was expecting to see an e-mail explaining the transfer process.

However, I have not seen any of that. I was the winner but I'm wondering if my $200 that I just spent is going to go down the tubes?

Are their pre-release names that end at 8 p.m. Pacific Time owned by them?

I sincerely hope that I did not just pay $200 to "get in a line" for something that they don't even own.

I would be really upset about that.

That for sure would not be customer service.

If anyone knows about this please PM me becauseI think I feel a canker sore developing right now over the stress:cheesy::cheesy::cheesy::cheesy:

NameJet will automatically transfer the domain to an account for you and inform you of this. It can take a few days for this to happen.

Also, you can't transfer the domain for something like 45 days in case the previous owner pays to get it back (in which case you get a full refund).

No need to worry - your money is safe.

Only if domain is from Enom. NetSol is fine, you can move domain away once you get it in your account.

Thanks GUys,

I was worried.

I appreciate the heads up.
