Names Not showing in account

So I have about 5-6 active names I made bids on, but only 1 in showing in my account. The others say I am part of those auctions and I get out bid emails but no way to bid on those names.

Who in the hell do I talk to about this problem when all I get is recordings and no returned phone calls?

I am very sorry that you have not received a call back from us. We are staffed all week-end and do try to call back anyone who's left a message. Please email the domain names and I will research the issue and get back to you .
