Hello all, just wanted to seek clarification if there is any (potential) legal issues with registering, buying & selling domain names of famous people?

Secondly, If I've a domain registered after someone's name and he (or his company) demands I hand over the domain, would their demands be valid?

I'm talking along the lines of movie stars, athletes, politicians etc.

I guess it's ok to register not .com's. Because everyday I check the droplist I see .com domains of famous people are not taken, while other extensions are taken.
