Has anyone attampted to transfer domains from namescout?

Is there a way I can get the authorization codes?
Is it automated

Would really appreciate If someone can tell me how to get the auth codes.

1.In order to transfer your domain to a new registrar you must first remove any email aliases that may be enabled on your domain. You must also remove any security locks that have been enabled. The security lock is removed from the 'Domain Admin' tab of your account. You may also require a domain authorization code to transfer, if your domain requires this code to transfer it must be requested by email from the domain owners email address.

The transfer is initiated and confirmed with your new registrar, Namescout.com does not send transfer confirmation emails for domains leaving our service.

2.In order to obtain your domain authorization codes required to complete a registrar transfer you must send an email request to [email protected] . In the request you must list the domain names in question and ask that your authorization codes by sent. The request must originate from the domain owners email address as it appears in our records.
