I guess that's SnapNames, but I'm not sure. The whois for exq.net shows NS1.INTERIMNAMESERVER.COM as the name server, that's the default for SnapNames.

Yes namesecure is catching for snapnames, I did contact someone who did get a name few days back with namesecure, he said that it was snapnames.
