I have been to their website many times for the past month or more and many features, pages and links do not work. It seems to be little more than an automated BOT which appears to have not been updated or programmed in ages.
With such a poorly operating website I certainly would not have any faith at all in them grabbing any expired names for me, probably a slim and none chance!
If as Dan say's, perhaps they do not want to publicize their expired lists, then why not remove the feature, or say that on the website rather than pretend their pages and links work?
It is hard to believe they prefer it that way as many people (myself included) would hesitate doing business with a firm who does not update their website and allows their pages to not work, though indicated elsewhere on the site that everything is normal and invites one to go to a non-functioning area of the site.
A professional webfirm would not allow their website to be in such a non-functional condition. SnapNames.com seems to be the best place to try and grab some expiring names, though the Koreans/Chinese and BuyDomains.com frequently beats them to the best names. But at least their website is good and they are a professional firm and try to do a good job.
