For Sale NameWinner/Dotster Contact?

Is there anyone on this board who works for NameWinner/Dotster? I acquired a domain through NW, and it was supposed to have been put into my Dotster account by now, but it seems ot be in limbo. I haven't had success contacting Dotster customer support. Please PM if anyone can help.

It can take ages for the transfer to take place or access being given to the Admin - it's very unprofessional.

I have rarely had any luck reaching them either. The worst customer service I have ever seen. I waited over two months to get log in info for a domain NW got and NEVER got it. Finally sold the domain and the new owner was able to get it transferred to his registrar (only because after weeks of pleading someone finally at least put my email on the WhoIs so I could approve a transfer out of the hellhole they had it in).

remeber that NW uses other registrars now, so double check the SRS data to be sure it's supposed to be at dotster.

Don't worry. It will be in your account in 2-3 months. That is the time they took for one of my names.
