I'm trying Namewinner for the first time. In my watchlist I notice for some domains the expiration date shows some date WAY into the future, such as 2008 or 2009. What exactly does this mean?

In my opinion nothing!

hmmm wonder why have it then? Someone needs to fix their code - there is even a date Dec 69 ! lol

O well, as long as I know it confirms my suspicions i.e. that it was not relevant to anything in the world as we know it :)

Thanks for the feedback.

While I am waiting for them to reply - from yesterday - there is a maximum amount an account can bid, which doesnt seem like a very competitive level. Does anyone know if it can be increased and if so how?

95degrees, we will be fixing the expiration dates to better update automatically this week. Also you can request a higher maximum allowed bid from [email protected]. The values they are set at now are reflective of your past activity with NameWinner.

Thanks
NameWinner

Thanks for the reply "from the source" Namewinnerguy - appreciate it. Seems easier to reach you here than via the web site :D
