i noticed they were having some problems. it looks like they continue.

Could be the names were "reclaimed" by the previous registrant. I think that can happen right up to the auction. I'd look for the quote, but their site takes 2 hours to load.

Actually I don't know why they keep namewinner running...
They only auction off dotster domains.
They get like 1 average domain every day if they are lucky.
