Sorry about that, there was a change made to our support system yesterday that is causing that to happen on some of the emails sent into [email protected]. They are working on the fix right now and it should only be fixed within the hour.

Ok the changes are now in place that were discussed earlier. We have suspended the private auction system. Bidding ends at 10am pst unless the domain is outbid on from 9:55 - 10am. If it is bidding goes to 10:10am. What is important to note here is that before, the domain went to extended auction if there was any bid.. now it has to be outbid.

We also cut out all of the different minimum bid increments and made a single $10 bid increment. And finally, we lowered the second bids from $35 to $30 and the base bid within 20 hours of deletion to $20 from $25 and eliminated the middle tier base bid. This means you can bid your grandfathered $8.75 up until 20 hours before the domain is set to delete. If you place the bid within 20 hours then it is $20. All second bids are $30.. All bid increments are $10 increments. We hope this will work better for everyone.

Hi everyone :) I am new to this board. As a matter of fact this exact thread was the only reason I registered. Paid the cash to see what's going on just because support went robotic at NW. $15 for an answer that didn't even came from their support, lol. Information sure doesn't come cheap nowdays. Anyway it was totally worth it, I can sleep peacefully now that I know I am not the isolated incident. Even more, this board is a domain name biz treasure, I am actually glad NWs support failed today, lol, money well spent. Now I have some reading to do. See you around guys :)

Hello McSpike - Welcome to this board - Post any questions you might have for the Name Winner Guy as he has been real good about helping with the new changes that they are going through over there. On that note - we got an email and now have found all but 4 names regsitered this past week - They are working it out it appears - We sent a list of 12 names missing to this email address and we have all but a few found within 24 hours!!! Thanks, Steve. I sent a test email to [email protected] and I am still getting the robot reply. I guess I'll have to wait. I hope not too long.

Yes he said something about that yesterday as we were getting the auto response - We waited about 2 Hours and sent it again and they got it - This afternoon they responded with a list for login and where they were - Hope you read Korean better than most of us - HA HA - Good luck - Steve
