A USD 450 bid on namewinner cannot beat Snapnames for willkommen.com.

Snapnames got it for me, :)

WOW that's a nice name (=Welcome in German?). Congratulations! :)

My experience is the success rate of Namewinner has nothing to do with the bid, I get some names with just $25-$30.

Snap names is easier to use, and one snap only per domain is nice and fair. No way SnapNames can beat NameWinner all the time, or visa-versa so it's best to know both of them. They are also a great combination.

Namewinner got me semiprofootball.com even though it had a snap on it. It's really a toss up...

if snapnames and namewinner.com are as good as each other, I think namewinner.com is a better choice because you don't have to pay upfront. Only for the names you win

well, I think snap get more domains than namewinner if they have customers going after the same name... but namewinner has a luck sometimes ;)
