I notice that NW is getting slower in posting their winnings (pending). around 2:55 pm today.

NW winnings

GWZ.com $ 889. (not mine)

And, once again, I got 6 cheap ones (under $ 30.) and none
of the higher ones.

I speculate they have a problem.
Maybe, their computers, more competition from Drop Clubs, etc.

And, I don't think Snapnames is a problem to them because SN has been mediocre for me for the past couple weeks.

Does anyone know who is getting more of the catches? Is it the clubs?

What are some of the "OldTimers" opinions?

By "OldTimers", I mean experience, not age.

Yeah I think they do have a problem. I was the highest bidder for a domain today and it says PENDING. Its 4:00pm now. I still haven't got an email from them yet, and it should say "YOU GOT IT" by now.

Are you sure you were the high bidder?

I got two emails from them today for purchases. But, they were
quick. I received them around 2:55 and 3:15 pm (eastern).

Did you go to the transaction section?

Sunday, 6-1-03

Received email from NW at 2:52 pm eastern

I got 5 cheapies and none of the higher bid names.

Plus, the ones that I was outbidded on, did not win.

Unless, someone else has a higher track record. I think NW is
having a problem right now.

I also had two snaps on todays drop.

I got the least valuable one.
And, the one I really wanted I did not get.

TheStore.net

The NW higher bid also did not get it. This usually means that
BuyDomains got it.

Actually, believe it or not, GoDaddy got me 'thestore.NET'. NOT typical but they did. They flunked on every 'flunky' domain that I had in with them today but that one came through! It's not BuyDomains.COM, at least. I like it but would consider trading or selling it.

Jon,
Congratulations on getting the name.

See, Domainut. You are correct that GoDaddy is pretty good
at grabbing names.

I stand corrected. I guess BuyDomains did not beat me out on this name, this time!

Thanks for the info.

I am glad to see there is another player at grabbing names.

However, if every one rushes to GoDaddy. They will fall into the same situation Enom has. Too many names for GoDaddy and Enom to grab. So their % of success will drop.
