Well, I bid for a name, I was the highest bidder. but I hand reg it at enom after it dropped..so my guess is NameWinner doesnt "try" to register everyname in their list. might be randomized.

NW has got me more than a dozen names in the past two months for $8.75 each. Never had a problem.

Neither have I but i always hear stories that they are slow on 8.75 bids and it is cheapier to manually reg them

Why would they focus on 8.75 bids?

Yes, they have grabbed some good names for me @ 8.75 but lately they haven't. Makes sense to me.

i had a snap and NW bid ($800+) on a domain and it was picked up by enom. grrrr.

for $800+ i'd expect NW to at least beat enom, which is used
to monitor lots of domains for next to nothing (compared to
drop clubs).
