I do not want to discourage you but do not see much in these domains. The name nanotechforums.com could be valuable if you also have nanotechforum.com . Similarly nanotechcenter.com is good but in some parts of English speaking world centre is the correct spelling. Do you also have nanotechcentre.com ? Third name nanotechmedical.com seems the best. Nanotech will be doing wonders to all fields of life including medicine. Goodluck.
