Chances are that most people in the west won't have ever heard of this place, and most people who live there won't recognise the English Transcription.

On top of that its a dot info, which may not instantly mean much to a Japanese.

I think you'd be much better off with an IDN. I think you will find this is the correct translation of Narasino or Narashino:

習志野

There seems to be a bit of confusion on how to represent it in English. There will not, however, be such ambiguity with the Kanji.

If you go to www.Domainsite.com and put these characters in the search box you should see that the dot com and the dot net are still available. The dot JP, however, has already been taken.
