Nashville is one of the most famous cities in the US, known as Music City and the source of much country music recording.

I interpret "buzz" to be like... the latest things happening in Nashville. There's plenty these days from clubs to bars, concerts and shows,
car racing and drifting, MANY tours... You can always see thousands of tourists wearing cowboy and cowgirl outfits. I'm not into that stuff.

What do you think this name is worth?

As an undeveloped name I couldnt see it coming close to 100$ realy.
Nashville is popular, but this name is a 2 word "not so common" term (sorta).
Tough call for me, but undeveloped wont reap much money for this one.

investor value: reg fee plus / maybe.
end-user value: depends on who wants it. Could be someone out there who likes the word "buzz" instead of the many other choices out there.
