in the US, NBA stands for "National Basketball Association" and the players have a union. The NBA has a trademark on the use of it's name - you couldn't use it for the thing it would be associated most commonly with (basketball) - what else would you use it for?

When I saw this NBAUnion.com, I think it is maybe a good domain for basketball website domain name.
