We have just been instructed by solicitors on behalf of nectarcard uk to hand back 3 domain names which we registered in the UK. We believe we have no case to win but wondered about possible compensation as regards time energy registration fees, administration etc?
we registered the names through our site at www.name5.net and they clearly infringed on trademarks but we are hoping to reclaim any out of pocket expenses?
Any ideas?
