Need 1337 graphic designer

I'm looking for someone that really know what they're doing in photoshop or something.

Ok.. I have an exisiting header here:

In that bottom right area... can we possibly move that bar thing a bit more to the right & maybe even a little more up to make more room if you think we need it for what we plan to do?

Anyways... in that bottom right black area... I want to have like a thick 3D type tube strecthing from left to right & then going around the tube I want to have like some electricity.

Now, as for the top left area with the wording "wrestlingchat.net" that can possibly go to... I would like to see that area more detailed/logoish looking. Can we get a nice affect going there with new text & have a nice effect with maybe some electricty there too? Like work it all in together & make it stand out....

Would like a price for doing both & also a price if you just did the bottom right thing.. as if the top thing is too expensive to get done I'll pass on that one for now since wrestling isn't the biggest money maker in terms of advertisements.

Yes, that would be for the complete Header with both changes, many of the images I use are based on stock royalty free images/clip art collection which I have purchased, I then fine tune them to meet my needs, rest assured that any images which I use will be safe and free of problems down the road.
