Wanted: Service Need 2 banners for tldzonefile.com

I need 2 simple banners for tldzonefile.com - animated 2 or 3 different impressions but no flash. I would like the source though afterwards if I ever want to make subtle changes.
970 x 90 and 120 x 600.
Please don't design the banners first before we agree a price because I don't like putting people out.

Thanks but I already have someone doing it now. Budget is irrelevant anyway because banner designers have a fixed price - you take it or leave it.
