Wanted: Service Need a graphic - pref for DNF$.

I am looking for a graphic for a race-equality type site.
Should be around 480h x 640w and should contain images of a variety of people from different ethnic origins, particularly Asian, West Indian etc possibly all ages. Maybe just faces, maybe groups, maybe in a city setting. No text and obviously no copyright issues.
Would prefer to pay with DNF$ say 2000 for the best usable offering.

Stock photos with permission is fine - don't want copyright/royalty issues to come back to bite

Sure, think maybe inner city race problems - multi-cultural.
Don't want scenes of aggression just images of different ethnic types that you might find in your town or city.
