I'm looking for a lawyer that can help me draft up a purchase contract for a portfolio of domains in that is going for 6-figures. This offer will be a little tricky since I plan to actually do a lease with an option to buy. Since, this will be a high priced offer, I would like to make sure that I have a iron tight contract so that both sellers and myself are protected. Anyone have any advice on who would be the best person to approach in drafting such a contract?

Doesn't the seller have their own agreement prepared?

No...portfolio owner is not actively trying to sell. He will do so if the offer is significant.

Howard Neu at NeuLaw.com deals with such agreements and/or escrow.

There are a number of layers here on this forum. I would suggest sending them a message, like JBerry for instance.
