I'm looking for a link builder for a finance related site. I need someone trustworthy who speaks English as their first language. Experience isn't necessary but is a huge plus.
I'm not looking for anyone to do mass directory submissions or emails. This work requires one on one type contact with webmasters, content writing and building relationships with bloggers.
