I normally don't ask these questions, but I was just offered $500 for MEDS.MD

should I sell or hold out for more?

With 21 visits /month it's not a traffic domain. I'd ask 20% more - to cover your Sedo "loss".

Thanks, not selling it through sedo, but I will probably ask for the $600 anyway.
