Check out their reseller plan (not dedicated though). Awesome support and really great features (reseller-control panel, control panel for each domain, ....)

I am not affiliated with them, but love them!
7gb space, 90gb traffic, unlimited domains, Perl, PHP, MySQL, ecommerce-software preinstalled. Just amazing guys!

The only drawback I found is that they are a small company. But other than that I couldn't find a better deal in 1 week of searching!
