It does .COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ, .CC .TV and .NAME

Namespro.ca offers whois protection for $6.88CAD (one-time; unlimited domains)
They have .com/net/org domains for $18.88CAD.
I'm pretty sure that they're a reseller, though.
