I know you don't like FriendFinder, but the Adult Friend Finder site (AFF.com) does convert well and pays $55 per paying member, or you can do a percentage. I think they do white label sites for this amount of traffic. They also run some pretty good contests for affiliates.

Other option would be a white label adult webcam site, you can do that through Cams.com or Livebucks.com, and there are others.

I'm no expert, but I'd choose to go with adult dating or adult webcam to webcam sites because they have a social interaction element, as opposed to a straight adult video site, because people can find free adult videos anywhere now.

I used to have a lot of experience running adult sites. Also you should know that for an adult site, 25K is not considered high traffic. Your best best would be to build a video site and use various affiliate programs. If you wanted to dive much deeper into the business, then I would suggest something along the line of a pornhub script or a pay per site.

I ran NudeStop.com for over 2 years... used it as a streaming site for videos.. I had many different affiliate programs on the site .. tried maybe 15 different ones over the year... The best tasting income was from AFF...Also with AFF refer a webmaster and earn a lifetime commission on that webmasters sales... all other affiliate programs don't really offer payper click besides maybe exoclick.. most offer leads.. So if you can bring in quality leads try Program3 AFF adam and eve for products... but if you want to sit back and chill.... AFF will do it..... also noticed that having a private section on your site will bring in more income at times depending on the content then leads or affiliates.

What about Ashley Madison? I understand they have quite a comprehensive (and lucrative) affiliate program, and they have much more of a brand than AFF does, IMO.
