to me, they just look like random domains.

unless they have traffic from being a previous website, then I don't see them having any reseller appeal.

xteen or teenx might have some value in adult entertainment, but I cant think what xeen means. Highway? Eh, no idea if it would get traffic, or if a buyer might want that one, but you could test the traffic.
