need advice regarding a domain name which is the name of this singer!

Hello Everyone

Just need some advice here if anyone can help

Basically last year a client of mine registered a website which has his own name i.e firstnamesurnam.com something like that

now thing is incidentally there is this Muslim Singer / Artist with the same name that emailed me asking for the .com domain name

now this company is huge in the Islamic Muslim world for producing Artists that gained worldwide fame and have literally sold millions of records i would say..every artist tehy have signed up have been a mega HIT! This new one in which i happen to have the domain name he seems destined to make it huge aswell


so they emailed me offereing £100 UK pounds for the .com domain name. the Old client who had the domain no longer uses it..so we tend to keep old expired domains for a few years

Anyone provide me with sound advice on how to proceed with this??? is £100 reasonable?
