need advise

two years ago i reg a domain exactly how is one foreign company,
few days ago they ask me to sale them the domain.
The company is a very big airline company .
they offer me mid x,xxx usd wich i dont answer yet.
The strange is why they dont mention any legal action against me yet.
So how i found out if they can take the name from me?

Maybe because it's the Holidays?

If it's a 4-figure sum for a domain name you acquired for, say, $8 to $10, that
really isn't so bad. But...YMMV.

OTOH, they could be baiting you. No one knows.

I would sell it to them right away....tell them to set up the escrow.
