Need an email contact for Skrill/Moneybookers

I need to recover my Skrill/Moneybookers password. This is apparently a multi-stage procedure but I arrived at a dead end:

Step 1: enter email and a CAPTCHA to receive a password retrieval link
Step 2: click the link and enter birthdate
Step 3: enter your mobile phone number to receive a code via SMS

I get to step 3, where it tells me that some other account is already associated with my phonenumber.

Stupidly enough it is impossible to send an email, and the only way to send a message according to the website is ... to login and send a message in the support centre area of the website.


And yes, there is a phonenumber, but I am abroad now and can't make calls for some reason, only receive them.

If someone has an email contact or some other solution for me, I would appreciate that very much.

(I may drop the account soon, though, as they have just announced a fee for accounts that are inactive for a certain period of time. Mine seldom gets used.)
