Must be a crisp site.
On site I will want commercial buildings as well as home properties. I would like good utilization of colors for scenery. like these templates from templatemonster.com

If all three of these designs could be merged to a degree, Im all in plus.
I also want all 50 states to be displayed on the home page in the lower center, spread evenly by name, for enough room to place advertisers ads beneath them.
NY, CA, NJ, VA, abbreviated and underlined. Beneath ea. state I want them to be numbered from 1 to 5. I want it to be professional looking. Nothing that will require too much maintenance, unless you choose to take on that project and want to be compensated for that as well.
Feel free to offer insight. If you have some good ideas of which I decide to implement I'll give rep, or some domains that I am intending to sell for free.
