Need drugstore affiliate that will ship to Canada and USA

Do any exist that will ship to both countries, all I can find will ship to USA only.

Any help is appreaciated.

A tip . . . you'll do better with USA based programs and make more money if you send your USA traffic to USA pharmacy programs. If you got a site that gets both ... filter them to different programs/sites

The problem is I own a great canadian domain md.ca and I will not get american typin on that but all the above mentioned will only ship to the USA, I need one that will ship to canadians as thats who goes to that site.
