Wanted: Domain Need Forum Built

Hello I am looking for someone that can build me a forum. It is going to be a sports forum what i need is to be able to have a couple threads of sports handicappers where they can charge a fee for people to see there posts. The rest of the forum will be just talk about football basketball and such. please pm me if interested and will give more details of the forum .
