I have decided to build out sm.com to be a site based on bondage or spanking related info.

The best 2 sites are bondage.com and spanking.com, I need some quidance as too best steps as I want to be a community not just a forum. Any ideas where I should start?

It should have all the features of bondage.com and spankiing.com but conent should be brought in automated.

Any suggestions are appreacaited.... I am not looking for things like go read GFY, I want to start this and need an expert to run with it.

Is there a good out of the box solution I can get to run this regardless of expense?

Alstrasoft script will work best for you. Bondage is a site similar to a community and thats whats your looking for. Its a ready go script, just few modifications you have to make and its a hit and go.

I think it covers most of the features which bondage has such as:
1. Meet friends
2. Show Pictures
3. Get a roommate
4. Blogging
5. Messaging and so on

Its a ready made script. To give it an adult look, some modifications you will need to add as extra features but apart from that, all is ready in it.

Custom coded is a must if you want to come anywhere close to what those 2 sites have accomplished.

Haven't used it but phpfox looks like a nice community script.
Phpnuke is nice but full of holes.

First thing I would ask yourself is what is going to be the main form of content for the site. That will help you determine which type of CMS/community script to use.

Depends on how much money you have to start the thing. Custom is usually the best way to go.
