Wanted: Service need help hacking a php script, paying $20 for 10-20 minutes work

Hello,

I'm setting up an icon site and need help converting a photo rating script to an icon download script.
You'll still have to be able to rate and view, but also be able to click to download ie: aim:BuddyIcon?src=http://iconfreak.com/icon/death/58142.gif

I'm guessing if you know what you're doing this will be a 10 minute job, just need to figure out what the filename variable is then insert.
