A C&D is simply a letter explaining the alleged rights of the other party and their intention to follow a legal course unless you comply. Often, a C&D is resolved by means of responding - preferably via an attorney. In other words, a C&D is an "legal threat" that should be taken into consideration. If you feel that the domain in question is valuable you must use the services of a qualified attorney to respond.

yes arco , I just contacted my attorney. will see what happens. thanks.

since you reg the domain recently you will have a hard time in court. I read your pms and my advice would be to charge them a fee and transfer the domain to them. their name was reg in 2009 and yours in 2010, since they both are similar except the use of (OF) you are going to have a hard to case and 99% loose to the association!

the other thing i would do if you decide to use it is quickly launch a forum and use the domain as a fan site, then they cant touch you. no ads!

George, clean out your PM box, I could not return your PM.
