Need help resizing images for Parked pages.

If I find an image I want to stick on a particular parked name, I have no idea how to resize them to fit on the page.

If anyone can let me know how this is done, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks for the offer, appreciate it. I'm not too bothered about the stretchiness and I'll probably be doing quite a few of these so resizepic is a quick and easy option for me.
