Need help with Directnic.com problem!!

Hey, does anyone have experience with Directnic.com?

Just transferred a domain from one account there to another different one.

Domain docked in okay, but now the registrar is telling me that the name has an outbound opensrs transfer pending. WTF!!!

I have the security on highest level, but I'm still wondering if there's something going on. The support people haven't responded in a timely way (suprise suprise!) so I was hoping anyone who has experience could help me.

Is there a login "beneath" their interface sorta' like many opensrs resellers have a login sitting "on top of" the master opensrs registry login?

I'm trying to establish that I have complete control and that their interface is secure.

I do know that DirectNic.com was originally an OpenSRS reseller, and have since branched off as their own registrar. If this is an old domain that you've had, this is probably the case.

Directnic did a good job making their site pretty seemless with the two registrars.
