need help with keyword selection for adoption and visa

I need keywords that describe a pregnant teen who wants to put child up for adoption, problem with teen pregnancy is i dont want abortion links, is there a term that describes the donor. can be 2 or3 words. adoption really doesnt work too many links for people who want to adopt.
also does anyone no what country uses 2 year visas, i have tried some of the first results in google with no luck, along with work visas and j1 visas.

i have site with adoption parked, and the keyword(s) "adoption links" works well... for the visa things I think it might be better to use "greencards"

I use "adoptions" for the related domain. Use "Green card lottery" for the other.
