Need help. Worth developing ?

I have a domain, a 6 letter dot com. It may or may not have a trademark issue. It doesn't get alot of traffic, but it makes good money when it does. For instance, today it has 2 visitors, 4 clicks and made $7.33 It's currently at Parked.com I don't know if I should try to advertise it more, or even develop. I'm fairly new to domaining, so any advice would be great.

you cannot advertise it, per se and keep it parked, because that is violation of TOS

if you develop it and use adsense, you may or may not get better results, depending on content and keywords used on your pages.

I would suggest making a micro-site out of it, remove any references to it being for sale (for UDRP risks) and have some decent content on it to monetize using Adsense as mentioned above and perhaps suitable affiliate programs through CJ or LinkShare, etc.
