I think that it's a great gift - very creative - I was wondering though... she's gonna scratch 'em right? What happens when she wins?

Does she just collect them? So even if she wins $20 she'll just put it in her collection? If it's a bigger prize will you have to send it in/visit the state to redeem?

Can you imagine if she wins 100k from this then it'll be an even better present!
