I am looking to have an experienced Joomla designer make a site for a city guide.
Someone that can do graphics and all the "widgets", etc... Please PM for more details. Must be very experienced, as this is not an adsense site and needs to look and function better than competition. Looking to pay for the project and not per hour.
I will enter the businesses, but need all categories, forum, etc... set up.
