Someone I know has a high profile domain that was hijacked at Network Solutions.

I needed some contact information for lawyers who would be able to help get back the domain ASAP.

It is difficult but not, necessarily impossible, to get a domain name back. Key is to act quickly. If you can prove fraud it is possible that the gaining registrar will cooperate with returning the domain name.
