Wanted: Service need little help with installs

So often have minor problems with installs. Most of the time its a chmod problem, or the structure does not agree with instructions. Since support is so weak and slow on so many places I need to find my own support. I need someone that can look over a couple installs, find my problems, and then explain my mistakes. I think I would prefer to fix them myself to make sure I see the mistake. Obviously would be a paying job, but hope it would be based on time as each problem should be pretty quick to find. TIA.
