The Paypal Personal account features says you can only receive money from Paypal balance and not from Credit card or Debit card. What does it mean?
Does it mean that let's say a person loads money in his account through credit card and then later he tries to pay me he won't be able to do that since that money was loaded in Paypal using CC?
