NO history of permanently suspending domain under unreasonable clauses.

The second is less important. I got 1800 domains. Most of which don't worth the registration fee. I don't care if one or 2 of my domains got screwed. I just do not want to afford mass banning.

We can be innocent. We can proof it. However, abuse department can close their ears and say does not. Then what? One non techies noob can ruin my life? No way.

Most registrars won't ban accounts or domains on a whim (unless they are unethical), they usually need a good reason to do this (mass spamming, large TM issues, etc.).

Also, most TLDs are different prices, some are easier to get under $8 a year than others. With promotional codes GoDaddty can get you .com domains under $8 but other TLDs are hard to get that low.
