Wanted: Service Need Site Design, Wallpapers and Flash Intros

I need people who can do flawless site design, wallpapers, forum integration and modification, shopping carts and/or flash intros for professional athlete's web sites. Requirements are: I must see a portfolio of your work, you must have a quick turnaround time (up to a week max), and must not gripe or leave projects half finished. I already had to fire 3 designers over the past three weeks and am about to can another. I have only met one good designer thus far from this forum who can handle quality work. The agents we work for are very picky about the design so I cannot stress enough how important it is cover all these aspects.
